2024 BCSSWA Nominations

For nomination to be considered, all requested information must be included for the nominee. Both the person submitting the nomination form and the nominee must be current BCSSWA members. All nominations will be verified as we only accept from BCSSWA Members. Members may submit a nomination form for each category.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, February 9, 2024. Please return nomination forms via email to browardcountysswa@gmail.com
with the subject line: 2024 Nomination Form
Late nominations will NOT be accepted.
School Social Worker of the Year Nomination

School Social Worker Intern of the Year Nomination
For a list of the 2023-2024 SSW intern members, please check out the list of BCSSWA members above. Password is the same as the department location. Nomination Form.
Family Counselor of the Year Nomination
For all nominations within the Family Counselor program, please select the option to nominate a school social worker. Consideration for a seperate category will be determined based on the number of total nominations submitted.
Citizen of the Year Nomination
Nominations for Citizen of the Year are for those who are NOT members of BCSSWA and are not employed by Student Services Department. Nominations may include all other persons who are employed by Broward Schools, a community organization (please consider organizations who are sponsors of BCSSWA), or an individual within the community. This category is for those who support the mission of BCSSWA. Nomination Form.
